Onechan Wraps Up ‘Dream High Season 3: Reboot’ with Growth as an Actor

Musical actor Onechan finished his final performance of the musical Dream High Season 3: Reboot.
Onechan greeted the audience on the last stage of “Dream High Season 3: Reboot” held at the BBCH Hall of the Gwanglim Art Center in Seoul on the 18th. Playing Jason in this work, he showed his stage presence with a character in his own color.
“Dream High Season 3: Reboot” is the third season of the show musical “Dream High” based on the drama of the same name, depicting the story of characters from Kirin Art High School who regrouped after 10 years to face their dreams and choices.
Onechan played Jason, a star who rose to the top as an idol, producer, and choreographer, delicately portraying humility and fellowship behind the splendor. With his solid singing and flexible performance, he brought life to each number, and he also showed natural harmony with fellow actors such as Seven, Jang Dong-woo, and Sun-ye, leading the audience to respond.

After the final performance, Onechan said through his agency Amuse Entertainment, “I spent a lot of time and effort because I had to create a character named Jason in a short time as I joined Dream High as an additional cast. It was not an easy process, but I was able to think deeply about the character and look back on myself, and it was a valuable opportunity to grow one step further as an actor,” he said.
Above all, I was really happy to be with Dream High, which is full of dreams, passion, and fun energy. Every moment on stage, I also gained great energy, and it was a more meaningful time to breathe and perform with the audience. I will cherish the precious experience I gained through ‘Dream High’ and Jason for a long time. We sincerely thank all the audiences for coming to the concert and supporting us, and we will continue to greet you with better performances.”
Starting with “The Tragedy” in 2014, Onechan has established himself as a musical actor by appearing in a variety of works such as “Alta Boyz,” “The Bachelor’s Vegetable Shop,” “Why Did You Come to My House,” “432Hz,” “Meisa’s Song,” “Seol Gong-chan,” and “Oz.” He, who has been steadily on stage in Japan with his “My Bucket List” and expanding his scope of activities, once again proved his accumulated performance on the stage through this “Dream High.”
Onechan, who has been with Dream High from this summer to autumn, plans to continue his various moves both at home and abroad.
